Envolve LLC holds employee appreciation event in El Paso

EL PASO, TX — Envolve LLC, one of the country’s largest affordable multifamily property owners and managers, celebrated their employees on 5/18 with an appreciation event that felt more like a family reunion.

“After more than a year of operating in a pandemic-adjusted environment, the employee appreciation luncheon was a great way to celebrate our team members who have overcome so many challenges and continue to set and raise the standard for excellence in our industry,” said Jake Turner, SVP, Operations & Compliance for Envolve Client Services Group. “Our team in El Paso is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our residents and clients, and we enjoyed spending this time together that was focused on our employees and their many successes.”

The event began with a beautiful performance of the national anthem by Envolve employee, Marlene Moser, followed by a presentation of awards and recognition for dedicated years of service. Event attendees included local Envolve employees, Envolve leadership team members from Memphis, TN, and partners from HACEP (Housing Authority of the City of El Paso), Hunt Companies, and Innostrat. A delicious lunch was catered by local staple, L&J Café, and HACEP generously allowed the event to be hosted at one of their properties (Martin Luther King), which is nearing completion of its rehabilitation.

“Excellent venue, amazing food, and an incredible time of fellowship. It truly did feel more like a family reunion than work-related,” said Jeff Ezekiel, President of Envolve Communities. “We all felt so grateful for the opportunity to get together and celebrate the achievements of our Envolve El Paso team members. This group really embraced the COVID situation early on and found ways to continue operating effectively, all while taking care of each other and our valued residents. I’m extremely proud of each and every one of them!”

Envolve received many emails and thank you notes after the event ended, and the general sentiment was summed up by Envolve employee, Irais Angel. “After being secluded in our offices for so long, it was so nice to see friendly faces again,” she said. “In one way or another, it’s been a tough year for everyone, and the fact that our leadership made it a point to recognize our efforts really speaks volumes.”

“Folks were hugging like they hadn’t seen one another in five years,” said Judith Estrada, Regional VP for Envolve Client Services Group. “Everyone was so appreciative of the great food, Envolve swag items, and the event as a whole. You could sense a real pride in who they worked for in El Paso.”
